Consultation is free and all pricing is upfront and in writing. Depending on the project, pricing is based on an hourly rate or a flat fee per job. Also, additional services outside the scope of the project can be negotiated and settled on an hourly basis. In general, we charge approximately $50 per hour for general maintenance work. The hourly price goes up if more specialized work is required.
